It Takes a Month to Dispute Music Claims?!

WTF! I have a song that is royalty free but comes up as being claimed. It says my dispute will take up to 2/3/2015 and I disputed it a few days ago. I might as well just remove the song and use some of Youtube's stupid music. Anybody else's claims take a month or longer?
 
Any false claims I have had that were disputed were usually resolved in less than a week.
 
The claimant has up to 30 days to review the claim or YouTube removes it automatically.

But the claimant would usually review claims before that, they could do it in a few minutes if they wanted to :p
