Is Youtube down?

iv been having issues with the creator studio today. witch kinda sucks cause I had a new video go live today, but the video is doing fairly well so I guess viewers are not having any issues. I haven't watched any YouTube yet today.
 
No, but I have been getting less views on my videos lately. I dont know if it's my content that needs to change or what. I do my videos for fun and I enjoy it, but not a lot of people are watching them lately.
 
Everything seems to be OK , though I have noticed that for the last 3 days my earnings are down 50% despite the fact the number of visitors is higher!
