Is YouTube changing their Monetization Policies?

Opinionated Vlogger and Gamer
So I just had one video that had monetization rejected (no content ID hit, no copyright strike, wouldn't even let me show what EA told me about permission to post the video - just an out right rejection). Now I just noticed an older video of mine, which had approved monetization last year, is currently being monitored? What's going on? (this isn't even a gaming video ... it's my wedding vlog!).

[DOUBLEPOST=1365111979,1365107170][/DOUBLEPOST]Anyone have any idea what's going on with this? Why would my wedding vlog all of a sudden be under review again after all this time? All I have is a short piece of royalty-free music in my intro (which I have correctly attributed in my video details). All the rest is video of me vlogging to my camera, and video footage of my wedding reception (with no audio, it's just me talking about it).

well i think is the royalty free music you have... its been happening the same to me, and i used royalty free music as well, some of the videos get monetized right away and some othere are under review for long long long time that i decided to not monetized them..

Yeah, but 1. Its the same music I have on dozens of monetized videos and 2. The video had been approved for monetization for 7 months. Why send it back to review now?

i think it might just be auto review, cos ive had music on, im sure if it starts from a certain point then it gets reviewed not 100% but i think thats why
