Is PixelPathTV Legit ?

Hello,so a new network I think it's under Exonia Network called PixelPathTV amazed me and I thought I may join with them after my RPM contract expires...So.Do you think it's legit?Does it have lock in contract?What network are they really under?

New networks... so much of them...
If I can say anything, exonia are quite disappointing, they`re one of the newest MCNs and yet they didn`t really put it to good use, they`re CPMs are quite low, 2.50 - 3$ as it says on their website/twitter.

They also have "a 3 level partnership program" where they seem to have taken out some partner features most networks give, so they can give them to bigger partners...

Yep it's Exonia :

Mate they have 30 subscribers and 388 total video views. They also offer to help a channel build up from 'zero' subscribers, which means that they are no better than AwesomenessTV, accepting anyone and everyone so they never have to pay any money out.

I wonder if they are really well set up (I hope so). They are going to have fun with taxes/payments if they aren't
