Is my intro to long for this exotic talking animal video?

I work on site for a non-profit zoo and we are starting a heavy youtube campaign. 5 videos a day all original content shot one site. I recently cut my intro down drastically after a lot of feedback saying it was to long. So I would like your guys input cause the intro was important as its a non profit and has a call to action. Now not so much.

 
Yes it was much longer about 25 seconds but the feedback i received was that if I want the video to have any chance at going views I should shorten it drastically. Ty for the feed back

make it more like the animals are explaining what your channel is all about, the video like this is amazing but its like a video not an intro but nice work man
 
Ty Xandru8 the whole video is not supposed to be considered the intro. Just the 5 seconds. I guess I definitely made it to short.
