Is Jahshaka worth it?

I Love YTtalk
In short, Jahshaka is the open source alternative for After Effects. I know how to use itm but is it worth using on my videos?
 
If you can do what you need to do in it then it's worth using. :) Not to mention it's free so if you don't like it you haven't lost anything. :D
 
I'm of the opinion that when the price is "free" then "is it worth it" is always "yes".

Give it a shot, what have you got to lose?
 
if it is free use it, but if you can afford AE and have the chance to learn it then totally AE.

But what if Jahshaka does everything he needs to do? Then imo there's no point in splashing money on AE even if you have the money to afford it.
