Is It Possible To Monetize Games From Free Gaming Sites?

I see all these free game sites where you can play flash games for free that either are submitted by the maker of the game or the site found the game somewhere. In order to post on youtube and/or monetize the game, Would I have to get permission from the maker of the game?
 
You should get permission or at least ask the website about it. Always the best thing to do :)

It will differ from game to game. You'll have to read the EULA and, if it doesn't state clearly whether you can, contact the devs :)
 
Typically you will have no issue. The standard rule of thumb is that you need to make sure that you have commentary alongside your gameplay. If you provide commentary then you are normally good to go.
 
There are some really good articles about this in the YouTube Tutorials, Articles and Resources section for you. The general answer though is to email the developer :)
