Nope, you can not be with more than one network during the period of your contract (legally)
And you cannot be claimed to the CMS of a second network while latched to the first one (physically)

Machinima used to give out life contracts before they got in a whole heap of problems for it which resulted in the leaving in one of their biggest partners.
