is Fullscreen accepting anyone?

i readed that fullscreen is accepting anyone.

but i tried to get in ( even i do not meet their minimum views a month )
and .... i was denied
the channel had 2 vids 0 subs and around 350 total views in a week .
reason i was denied : viewership numbers
maybe its just cus the channel was a week old.
but im sitting whit the question : how many views / subs i need for partnership?

Well it seems like right now they stop accepting everyone.
But about 2-3 weeks ago they were on an intense recruting phase.

Maybe its not the case now and they are back to normal requirements which is probably good content and a certain amount of views per day.

You just missed a point where they were literally accepting everyone. (trying to make as much money as possible)
Maybe sometime in the future they will accept everyone once again.

Maybe they've gone back to their old roots? I'm not sure how Fullscreen worked since i got invited by someone who works there, so i only researched what i needed to know.
I only know AwesomenessTV accepts anyone (well, they did, not sure now, if anyone could confirm?).
I have no idea about any other Network.

yea they only care about money i already needed to sign the contract so looks im partnership WOOT <-- btw its just a test channel i would never ever go there with a good channel
