I don't know what's going on.
The only things I know about them are A) You can leave at any time with a month's notice, meaning no lock in, and B) they pay a flat rate like Machinima. I believe it's like $3 CPM. Beyond that, you should probably contact Frankie's friend if they're a partner with them.

I was contacted by them and they offered me a flat rate 3 dollar CPM which sounded pretty good.
