Improvements?

When I write channel reviews, I don't fluff about. If something's good, I'll tell you. If it's bad, I'll tell you.

First off, audio quality is not quite the best it could be. But to be honest that doesn't really matter in my opinion given the subject matter. Your target audience. They are people wanting to learn how to do one specific thing that they currently cannot (but want to), or people having one specific issue that they want to fix (but don't know how). This can make it difficult to draw in return viewers, and I think has a lot to do with why you're seeing low subscriber:view ratio. The overall production value and branding of your videos is certainly a non-issue, so I'm going to focus on mention of content. You need something to bring back viewers again to your channel. When I'm trying to fix something, I will google the problem, watch the video, and then leave the video and forget its creator.

This is why it's important to run series. If you ran a "Things you didn't know you could do in IOS in a Minute" type series, that would bring subscribers who are interested by cool utilities hidden in IOS. No one is dedicated to fixing problems. Especially not arbitrary problems that they may or may not be having. Your biggest issue is bounce rate, and introducing a series with snappy editing is the way to fix that, in my opinion. I can't find a clear focus for your channel. Your viewer base (supposedly) wants to cheat at pokemon GO, likes PSVita ROM hacks, and is currently looking into buying a new gaming mouse. There's no cohesive image there that would drive a viewer to subscribe.

Video-wise they're fine. Perhaps the graphics look a little antiquated, but it's splitting hairs at this point. You need to address a niche without jumping all over like a tech-crazed, ADHD jackrabbit.
