To make this quick I have this in After Effects, it's crisp, clear and animated:
It's exported correctly as far as I know. Problem is, this is what I get in Premiere Pro while I'm using it:
The image is messed up a little, that's in the paused this is while the preview is playing:
and ↑ this is what it looks like when I exported it as well.
Can anyone help me figure out why this is happening? I've exported and used lower thirds/overlays before and they've all worked fine just this 1 seems to mess up a little. It was originally imported from Photoshop into After Effects and I used AE to animate it a little then exported as an FLV and used in Premiere.
If it helps, these are the settings I'm using in the render cue on After Effects (no other changes are being made in after effects):
