so i spoke to someone on here a week ago and they said my problem was being fixed. but i still can not log into my dashboard. and because of that i can't get paid. can someone please fix this issue
 
No one here will be able to help. Contact your network about this.
I got access to the dashboard by posting a near identical thread to this a while back, so yes they can. Multiple RPM staff members are on this forum. To the OP, you can still make money without the dashboard. As long as ads are running on your channel, you are generating revenue. The dashboard invite takes 1-2 weeks, but I am sure RPM Jess can help out if you have not gotten it in that time period. :)
 
Are you a new partnered user? If you being a partner just for 1 - 3 weeks. Wait for little longer and they you will be able to log in. They will send you an email about it
 
But they can't sign him in. They'd have to get someone higher up. People here are just recruiters.

J.rizzo091, it looks like the first time we tried to send you a priority invitation it was rejected in our system because it needed to take longer to populate after you had joined the network. Enough time has passed that we should be able to send you one, so I've added you to the priority queue again.

Also, just to let you know, you're not missing out on any payments! You've been generating revenue this whole time, and new partners don't receive their first payments until the start of the third month they've been partnered. This is because payments are on a one-month delay. For example, channels partnered in August receive their first payment (for August's revenue) between the 1-15th of October.
