Lets say I'm with Fullscreen, and I upload non related gaming content such as random shizzle like recording my goldfish. Will I get punish somehow because I'm not uploading gaming stuff etc?
If your in a gaming network can you upload non related content?

Fullscreen isn't focused on gaming anyway but they can't limit what content you make

Can can occasionally upload non-game related things depending on which network you belong to.
Although if your in The Gamestation then I think your content needs to be 100% gaming unless your in a special division of it such as The Yogscast who own they're own sub-network with TGS.
Fullscreen is a non-gaming based network although they do have the Fullscreen Arcade sub-network.
