and then one day you decide to create a second channel, will the second one still need to meet all the program partner requirements before it can be monetized and will it be able to take a shortcut since you are already eligible and have an adsense account?
 
It needs to meet all the requirements, all of this stuff is done per-channel. You have to use the same AdSense account, so that allows you to take a slight shortcut, as you do not have to fill out the information there twice. You still have to pass the YPP review separately though, the channels are completely separate in this regard.
