If I want to do videos on technology in general what network should I try for?

They do not have any set requirements. Here is what I would say to aim for...

For Creator X: 100 views per day, 15+ videos, no copyrighted material
For Fullscreen: 750-1250 views per day, 15+ videos, no copyrighted material

Sweet Thanks for your help. I am going to be uploading a lot of content so I am expecting my view count to go up. I have quite a lot of subs for the size of my channel I think.....
 
i would say fullscreen because they have a network within there network called tinygalaxy in which they handle things like that:}
