If I have a previous disabled adsense account, can I get a partnership on my new YouTube channel?

So, I have this gaming channel that me and my friends post on. We got disabled by adsense after like a week for "invalid click activity." (I was maker of adsense account so I was pretty much screwed.) So, we still posted a bit, and I stopped.

I decided to start my own YouTube channel.

So I was wondering: Can I get a You-tube Partnership with a network on my NEW YoutTube channel? I do not have a new adsense account. I just want to know if I can still get a partnership even though previously I have been cancelled by the adsense program on a different youtube channel!
