IBY - Inspired By You partnership - are they good ?

Hi guys.

Recently I got accepted in IBY partnership program.Since I don't know much about them I decided to ask you guys here in this forum should I sign the contract.What is your opinion of them?

I never heard of them, so you have to do some research on google. Or maybe someone else in this forum can help you.
 
The thing is they aren't very big. I found them in List of Networks and their Requirements thread.
Did some research on google but not many results came up.I'm not realy sure that I can trust them.

tell me other partnership programs who would accept music channels?
