what network has the smallest qualifications (no matter how low the pay) that does pay! I know i don't have to close to enough because i only have 56 subs and only have 1,140 video views! But I want to set a future goal to work towards!

Why don't you work towards the small things first? Like getting good content out regularly. Networks can wait. I nearly have 200 subs and nearly 56k video views and I'm not with one yet

I would go with CreatorX, and wait for around 500 video views a day, and around 5-10 subs a day.

Yeah I waited till I had 2000 subs and 400k video views!
