I use drawings for my thumbnails and intro, feedback?

I have a small, but growing, gaming channel and I have tried to utilize my artistic abilities to attract more attention. I just found this thread and hope that people can give me opinions on my thumbnails and intro to my videos!

What I do for my thumbnails is I take me, and my friend and put ourselves as the characters of the game! Also in the first episode of a game I do a character selection screen similar to street fighters, its 2D and a little silly so I would love to have a real designer remake it for me!

Thanks! For some reason I feel more pride in my art for the channel then the channel itself, Its my favorite part of the channel, making the thumbnails xD
