So i have made my channel 3 years ago, i have been featured on wowinsider i have been featured by totalbiscuit, and a few other bigger youtubers, and i thought i knew youtube, but lately by trying to get partnership i saw how complex it gets, can some of you guys please clear out a few things for me?

1. Which networks do paper checks, as well as paypal?
2. Can i partner with a network if i am from Serbia (Serbia can't partner with youtube directly atm, i saw youtubers from serbia partnered with tgn etc, )
3. How do paper checks work for payment method?
4. Do i need to have adsense made on my name ( I have adsense which i have used for my website already but it is registered on my mothers debit card, as i don't own a card)
5. Why isn't my channel elligible for monetasation even though i don't have any strikes
6. For any network do i need to own a card, debit, credit?
7. Does it matter that i am under 18?

If you can answer to any of these questions that would be awesome, sorry for them being so scrambled, but its just things that are on my mind and super bothering me.

i can only awnser one of the questions for i dont know a lot about the others.
legally it matters if you are under 18 years old, but with premission of your parents or someone else who is above 18 and is responisble in some way for you, it should not be a problem. and well... if you are not a squeecker with a obvious 12 year old voice people on the phone probaly wont notice you are under 18. im 16 now and people on the phone that dont know me sometimes think im 19 :p

1) Most if not all networks will pay through Paypal. If not it will go to your bank account, however currently I only know RPM who does this and it is only for US partners. In terms of paper checks, you may need to fill in tax forms and what not, as well as sign a contract.
2) You can partner with networks if you are from Serbia, as you have said you have seen some people partnered with TGN, just please remember this may not apply to all networks.
3) Depending on your network, you may either be paid once you reach a threshold or you may be paid every month. For example, if you have a threshold of $50, you will only be paid once you reach that $50. The money will go to your paypal or bank.
4) Some networks require adsense enabled, while others don't. Usually when you are partners with a network, you go under their advertisements.
5) Your channel is most likely not able to be accepted for monetization because in Serbia I don't think YouTube offer this yet.
6) Networks will not require any sort of credit card, debit card. etc.
7) It doesn't matter if you are under 18. It just means a parent or a legal guardian will have to sign for you.

Im 16 actually and also i talked with socialblade recruiter he told me they do these international checks not just for US citizens. But you completly confused me with this

So what does that mean that i cant recieve any partnership, because i cant monetize my videos?

No, you cant receive partnership through YouTube. However, you could be accepted by some networks.

Yeah but i just applied to n4gtv, and they told me i cant partner because monetazation is disabled? wth?

As I said. Not all networks will be able to accept you. However others will, because they don't rely on Adsense.
