Hello I'm thinking about switching over to Curse, 90% gross is simply too good to pass up, and I've had AWFUL partner support recently.

I've for a full month been trying to get a copy of my contract re-sent to me, however the Fullscreen partner support has been so awful about it.

Not just that, Curse have been so fast with replying, I applied and instantly got a message about meetnig the requirements.

Then I furtherly applied and Curse has assigned me a partner manager, and I can get a reply within 15 minutes.

Is it legal for Fullscreen to refute me when I want to see my contract, and how long does it take to get a Curse membership up and running. Also do they have dashboard kinda like Fullscreen!?

I'm confused, you signed a contract with fullscreen? If you are contracted to fullscreen you can't just leave? Shouldn't you already have a copy of your contract saved somewhere or printed off?

I signed with Fullscreen, however I believe it was through Yeousch and they won't resend me the contract.[DOUBLEPOST=1366286732,1366286433][/DOUBLEPOST]FUUUUUUCK I just got the contract, it's a 2 year contract as far as I can understand. Is there any way I can get them to terminate it?

Nope if you signed the contract then you are locked in for 2 years.

You are in a difficult position. You can always request to break contract and they may well allow you. The alternative is to start acting up and badmouthing them but it obviously won't reflect too well on you.

Fraid not, you can ask them about it but if you've signed it, your going to have to stay with them for that amount of time :(

Don't do this it will result in way more harm than good defamation of a network can result in bad things. Your best bet is to politely request to leave your contract although it is very unlikely that they will release you.

I wouldn't recommend breaking their rules, as it'll reflect extremely poorly on you. You signed the contract, you agreed to their terms. You should always read contracts carefully before signing them and even then, think long and hard about if it's the right choice now and in the future as well. Your best bet is to ask them politely to release you from the contract.
