Read up on partnerships...they won't necessarily increase your views or subs...with a channel your size it's very likely they won't really help you get recognized at all

If you live in the United States get a YouTube partnership. Don't get one from the network just getting you to partnership. They promote their partners.

Wait until you have at least 400+ subs till you apply for partnership

Of course, you could get a partnership before then but it won't really do anything for you.

Trust me a partnership isn't anything special at first... You won't gain subs, views or attention just because your partnered. There is a lot of youtubers out there who are partnered(including myself) that have a small subscribe #.... Its all about getting your videos out there!! You have to get all your friends to sub and have them tweet and post your vids on facebook!!

Oh and I forgot to mention you do not have to apply for a YouTube partnership you just click a button and then you are in.

A partnership will in no way get you more popular but will sorta give you the tools to do it yourself.
