How much views do you have per day ? Networks still accept if you are near the requirement so you can try. I've seen parners with less views than you so it won't hurt to try :)

Yeah man, I'm definitely trying. Need to build a fan base and improve more on my videos.
 
nice work man! i just got partnered myself. usually they say you need 1000 view a day, which i dont get 1000.. it all depends if they like your content or not!
