I monetized my videos for the first time.Does it mean that I am eligible for Youtube partnership

Hello ,
I uploaded 4 videos one month ago on youtube and I monetized them only in a few minutes yesterday.My current videos are more like expremental .I have some ideas if I can make sure that my country is eligible for Youtube Partnership.I am from Turkey and of course because I dont have any intention to cheat youtube , I chose my own country as country location.But according to Marshable ,Turkey is not on the eligible counteries-list.Actually I understood that there is no list.But I am confused now if my country is eligible after I managed to monetized my videos.
I was just wondering seeing "monetized" icon /label near my videos means my country is eligible %100 sure.and if I connect my adsense account with my channel correctly and if I creat original videos, I will get paid?
or could Youtube say later " sorry we labeled your videos as " monetized" but ..we just said we put ads on your videos.you let us put ads on your videos but because of your country, you can not be paid"

Enabling monetization technically makes you a partner, but you do not get full perks as a full partner (with a network).

I'm on my phone right now, so I can't check your channel out or anything. But wait until you get at least 100 views a day, and your account is in good standing with no copyright strikes/claims. Then you can partner with some networks.

monetizing makes you a standard youtube partner, but for full partnership you need about 100-300 views per day

you need to sign up to a network to get full partnership

If you haven't signed with a network (you have to go to a network website, full out the application and sign a contract) then you are not a full partner.

If you signed a contract for a network, then you are a full partner

Enabling monetization means it adds ads to your videos, therefor you can earn money. You do not need to be a full partner to earn money.

you can make money without full partnership in any country, usually all countries are able to get full partnership, you can only get it if you apply to a network and they accept you
