A local YT Partner that once offering me to join them required my Partnership with Youtube to be renounce.. So, what i want to ask is, is this a common request from the Third-party Youtube Partner? I really confuse about this stuff, why should i give up my partnership with youtube just to join them?

Some networks offer more tools that a partner would be more interested in and in some cases they can actually make you more money than with regular google adsense.

By feature you mean ability to lose your partnership for no logical reason or explaination? Or the ability to lose the ability to monetize a video based on the fact that the automated system doesnt believe you own it even though clearly it has no borrowed content? Pro's.

What i mean is, is there any difference between Google partnership and the third-party partnership that want me to renounce the old partnership..

The truth is, i decline the offer because it take me sometimes to get a partnership and get a feature like monetize video, custom thumbnail, etc. And, i don't think it'll worth to join my local YT partner..

Well network partnership is the same day cross over(i dont mean the process to get said partnership takes only 1 day but it did take me 1 or so hour), so you wont lose anything, only gain.
