Music background, that the suspect. Another thing is, are you write video information including license, copyrights, distribution or etc. In my experience, i have made videos and i give information that i said above. Then YT won't monetize my videos because of that. My solution is remove all my information in my videos, render it again in new name than upload it. Monetize is active.

If it is due to the music then you might need to be a lot more specific about the license it's under in your submission.

Just thinking about this kind of thing makes me appreciate partnership all over again.

1. Get a network partnership (instantly monetize any video for you).

2. If that's not an option, you respond to the notification with proof of the audio being royalty free.
