I got copyright notification and my account will ban! For 1 ideot

Hello everybody.

2 days befora ı got notice for copyright strike. Later I got 2. and ı have allready 1. And totally 3.

But , an idiot used exploit and unlicensed 1-2 video to licensed with exploit. And 20-30 user get notification about this. He swearing and he toke video about we. He is laughing " what can ı get license" Now this video hiden. But he is sick man. What can I do. I sent e-mail to youtube. I dont want get ban. Please help me

If somebody made a false claim against you, there's a good chance you can appeal it. Emailing youtube should clear things up, but it may take time. I'm sorry you're going through this. Good luck! :)
 
I would go to YouTube before creating a new account. In fact, you should be able to submit what's called a "DMCA Counter-notification", if your strikes are coming from DMCA takedowns. I've never been on the counter notifying end of a DMCA takedown, so I don't know exactly how to do it in the case of youtube, but yeah, there are DEFINITELY things you can do here.
