I don't get it

I feel like I'm... Like there's some inside joke going on behind my back I don't know about. Like people who sub to me are just teasing me cause then it's funny when they don't watch me. Or maybe everyone's laughing at me behind my back, I've been trying to convince myself the way my channel was going was not anything wrong. It was normal, it's just how it goes sometimes.

But this is undeniably not usual. I have 430 subs, they're probably all real too, I had some bots added to my count a while back but they cleaned out all my dead subs I think. So these are real people, but alot of my vlogs get 60 views, the last two got less than THIRTY. 430 subscribers, 30 wanted to watch my video.

And it's weird, when you're getting told you're doing things well. When people say your vlogs are hilarious, when everyone's telling you you're doing well, and I'm like "ok then why do my subscribers not watch me?" It just... I dunno man, I'm not considering throwing in the towel or anything, just coming to grips with the fact that my audience really isn't that into me lol It really... it's quite.. deflating.

I have 118 subs and only get about 20-30 views on my vlogs.
Maybe it's the day you chose to post them or maybe it's normal.

yeah... this may cheer you up. there is a youtuber calles the gradual report. he has 300,000 subscribers (one of my favorite youtubers) but he only gets 10,000 views a video.

300,000 subs, 10,000 want to watch. but he is one of the funniest youtubers out there. i think your videos are good. its completely normal

You.... just.... fixed EVERYTHING. Yea buddy, i'd say I'm slightly familiar with Danny, since he's pretty much the reason I vlog. I was going to just do music videos and maybe a normal vlog here and there, when I saw Danny I was like "dude he's as insane as me and people LOVE him, holy cow, I'm gonna let the crazy out!"

Not only that, this was my tribute to him, a full vlog of me spoofing his style with a theme song at the end.

I had never looked at his sub/view ratio, that's a BAD ratio, and I LOVE his channel, you just. put alot into perspective that was like, perfect for me to hear haha

Using and relying on the sub box is proven failed tactic.
People sub to too many channels and they don't log in as frequently as us!
Social media is a much better tactic to get views! I have almost 500 likes on facebook but less than 300 subs! My vids average over 3k views each... It's all from using and abusing social media and video sharing websites and forums!


I've been watching youtube for years! I have a favorite channel that has 400k subs and gets 30k views per vid. I started this thing knowing full well that relying on the sub box for views would fail! I would have to be that guy selling CD's out of the trunk to anyone willing to listen to me!

I'm going to not assume anything here and just ask, are you trying to say I have been uploading b******t and that's why my subs aren't watchign me and now I should upload p**n to my own channel, flag it, then tell everyone youtube did it to me so they'll watch my videos out of sympathy?
