How to you prove that someone has given permission to use there music as long as you provide their information in the description. Then again, as they give you permission to use it, they didn't say it directly to you (myself), they just said it for everybody in general.

If they have provided a royalty free license, then just link to it.

If it`s you asking for permission then you need written/emailed proof

Just put in the description that they gave permission to the public to use this music/audio for commercial projects. ummm but i really aint good at legal stuff so i would get a second opinion
