How To Make My Banner Higher Resolution?!

Do you have Adobe Illustrator? If you do, open the image in that. Then, go to Windows -> Image Trace. Trace it as a high fidelity photo. This will make your image a vector, so resizing it won't make it more pix-elated. Then, enlarge it until you are satisfied in illustrator. Now, you cannot use a vector for your YouTube banner. So save it as an adobe illustrator file, then open it up in Photoshop. Re-size it and play around with it until it is the right size. Then save it as PNG, and upload it to YouTube. Voila! This technique will not work well with actual photos, or pictures with a lot of detail. But it should work with your banner.
