How to make montages when partnered with RPM?

Hey guys,

I'm partnered with RPM and I want to make a montage of overtakes and cool things from the game F1 2012 but I'm not sure on the terms and conditions that allow me to do that.

Is there any way I can make montages and upload them without getting them copyright strikes?

Uploading any sort of gameplay is a copyright infringement according to the YouTube Terms of Use and will get your channel a copyright strike.

Unless you are a vlogger you should shut down your channel to avoid getting sued for 1 million $

I've got gameplay on my channel just now and I've not got a copyright strike, so I'll consider your words false and sarcastic. I was wondering if it was possible to upload montages without commentary whilst being a partner with RPM.

You can do anything, in most networks, including RPM. They won't notice it, so it's under your disgression. But if something happens or you get caught, it all falls on you. Even posting montages with music that is not yours, nor you have permission for (including remixes) is copyright-but people don't notice it unless they really look at your channel. :p

Its the same as any other vid bud, just dont use copyright stuff if you think the owner is gonna be p****d at you :)
