I'm not a partner with any company or organization, I simply attached my Adsense account to my Youtube account, but I want to leave the Youtube Partner Program before joining a Third Party Network. Is There Any Way To Leave Before Hand ? Please Help

You don't have to do anything. The network will unlink your account for you when you are connected to them.

Don't do it!
Otherwise you will have to reconect again when joining any network just so they can disconnect again. Happened to me..
