How to have a default set of tags for your videos

I remember seeing that you could have a set of description and tags for each video that are there by default. I can't find it anywhere, can y'all help me find this?

Under "Creator Studio" select "Channel" then you'll see "Upload Defaults"...

Under settings in the creator studio. Click upload defaults. You can set tags, description, category and more.
