Try to join a partner network like fullscreen or machinima youtube is no longer handing these out unless you are a really big youtube star

And you do have to have quite a few subs first, you can't just instantly get partnered, i have seen partners as low as a couple of hundred subs, even 100 subs i believe, so you aren't far off!

the partners that have a 100 subs are usually partnered through a network not youtube. youtube used to partner people with 100 subs or less if you were from a country with not a lot of youtubers.

Yeah, I probably won't partner any time soon cos I have got less than 10 subs.
