How to get no of clicks on my annotations

I want to know how to get the exact no of clicks on each of my annotations on my video on youtube. Right now i only have total video views and click through rate. but i want to know the exact no of clicks on my annotation.Please help. Basically i want to promote other channel through my annotations. so i want to know how many clicks am i driving to the other channel through my video
 
It depends where the annotations lead.

If they lead to a video or your channel, your analytics will give a generalised view on figures.

If it leads to an external site, check the stats there for those that come from youtube.

There's no way of knowing exact figures I don't think?
 
Yup i want to link it to another video of another channel on youtube. if i dont have a particular no. can you suggest me how can i determine the no of clicks on my annotations
