How to fill out Fullscreen W-9 File?

It says to fill out the form according to my Paypal name which is my mothers name, it also has a bunch of stuff about Taxes that I don't understand, I'm under 18, My mom thinks her Identity will be stolen if she puts her SS number on there, there is no convincing.. What do i do? At this point I'm thinking of Starting over and partnering with someone who doesn't require W-9

No, if you don't understand what you're doing filling out that form, you have no business filling it out. And the only way to get around it, is to partner with a network located outside of the US.

You have to fill it out for them to pay
I filled a W-9 once for another company you have to put exempt for the question since your under 18

You can still sign and file a W-9 even if you are under 18-years old.
