How to create a YouTube network?

I'm a bit lost here, how do i create a network myself? i own a company that owns many channels and want them all within one network, is this possible?

You have an adsense account. And then google gives you the ability to monetize other peoples channels through your adsense account.

Sorry but I got interested in creating youtube network and wondering is Adsense free and can anyone get ability to monetize people channels with it?

I have no idea... That's the extent of my knowledge. And that's just from listening to other people on youtube.
