How to allow multiple people to upload videos to the same YouTube channel

I would take a guess that whoever wants to upload has to have access to the channel? otherwise let them
send you the video/thumbnail/description details so you will do it

There is not shared ownership for Youtube accounts, so the only way would be to give them your password so they can log into the account themselves (would not recommend this, unless you're 100% sure this is something that is safe to do).
