How old?

Hey guys being a youtuber myself obviously i know how hard it is to get a partnership but i was wondering how old do you have to be to have a partnership, is it 18? 17? 16? Any age? Adult Only?

Well in YouTubes terms of service, you need to be 13 or older to use YouTube lol. So I guess 13
