How often should I upload videos to my channel in order to increase my views and watch hours?

I am curious if there is any kind of time gap in uploading new videos to my channel that I should follow in order to increase my views and engagements.

I upload whenever video is ready, but you can check channel analytics to see which days of the week are the busiest & post during those.

Personally I try and do one video every two weeks on the same day. I think as long as you are regularly posting content, you're OK. Quality over quantity though, don't push a video out just to get it out there.

It depends on your schedule and ability to produce content as well. If you want to experiment with posting more, you could check out the views for viewer metric and see if that number goes up or down, if it goes down, post in less frequency to let your viewers catch up, if it goes up, try poster more as you are sustaining the metric.
