How many subscribers do you need to gain before applying for partnership?

Hey guys! So I just recently started a review show where I review new movies, music, technology, tv and so on and I'm very excited because I feel like if I keep at it, I can build a pretty decent audience. I'm just curious to know if YouTube has a minimum amount of subscribers necessary or not.

Also, about copyright, a lot of review shows include little bits of the trailers of the movies they are reviewing and I'm trying to avoid that for now because I'm not sure how much of the footage that isn't yours you are allowed to post..

Well for us you don't need any just have to meet the view requirements, 333+ views per day according to scoialblade, have no copyright have an adsense account in good standing and not be associated with another network.
