We partneredwith Fullscreen after 2.5 years of being on our own/in the original YouTube partner program. Had about 40k subs and 1 million views per month when we signed. Figured it was a decent time to get partnered since we had stats good enough for Fullscreen to offer us a quota contract(they only make money if we hit a certain dollar amount each month).

I would never apply for a partnership if you will receive the basic contract. I wouldn't even consider joining unless you are given a 90/10 or more.

Do you regret getting partnered early? I started with Awesomeness TV. I do regret that (partnered after a few days), even though I was able to get out of it.
do you regret getting partnered late? I believe I was partnered at the right time.
At what point do you think it is good to apply for partnerships? Whenever you feel it's time to start making money on your channel (after you have a set fan base)
 
WE is right, its not really worth your time if you are only getting 40 € a year since the only real feature is money making!
 
I joined 6 months into making my account, I was only getting 400 daily views so there was no real point in actually partnering, I don't even use custom thumbnails.
 
I've literally just signed my contract with TGN...so I guess I'll be back in this thread eventually writing if I regret doing it so early lol
