How is this guy posting a game walk-through that has not been released?

I was checking the YT and found this guy that has walk-through of a game that has not been released yet? He doesn't even add commentary....I don't understand. Plus he has the cut scenes.

Some people can get their hands on games before they are released. I'm not quiet sure how tho. & If he doesn't have commentary and leaves in cut scenes I bet he will get intro trouble when the game is officially released.
 
A lot of games are shipped to retailers early so they have them by release day. If you know people who manage those stores, it's not hard to get stuff 1-2 weeks early.

Sure, but people should not be reviewing the game before the release date...this person is partner with Fullscreen and he is running ads on those videos....I don't understand this. Also his channel has been active since 2009, which means he has not got 3 strikes to close up his channel. it just does not make sense.
 
A lot of people mod their systems so they can play burnt games. They download the iso file off the internet and most of the time these websites get the game way before the release date. Not saying this is what that guy is doing but that's how a lot of them do it.
 
Maybe he works for the game company and got his sneaky hands on the game before release... :confused:
Or maybe he paid off a person working in the game company to get one for him... It's all a mystery!
 
Thanks Obama! LOL just kidding. Just remember that if you know someone at walmart or your local game store and they happen to be a dirt bag, you can get your hands on some stuff early.
 
Where i live, AC3 hit the selves of stores 1 week before release. I was just there waiting to be picked up, and it wasnt on 1 store, it was everywhere :D

Depends :
1) he could be press and has permission to do so
2) Some gaming networks get their partners both the game early and permission to post before the NDA breaks.
