Stop comparing your channel to others. You just started. Therefor, your channel is smaller than most.

Just focus on creating content, and your channel will grow. Focusing on the subscriber count is just going to make you feel down about yourself. It takes time to see a growth on YouTube, just be patient. At the end of the day, subscribers / view count is just numbers. If you enjoy creating videos, it shouldn't matter. If your only doing it to because "huge" and "big", you are doing YouTube for the wrong reason.
