How exactly Does A Partnership Work?

Again For A Future Reference:
When you partnered with someone, do you get your pay from posting videos onto their channels? Or how does it work?

Partnership is getting paid through a Partner and not AdSense. Essentially.

Here is a more indepth explanation from my E-Book.

Joining a partner network can have a lot of benefits such as a banner on the top of your channel with links and higher revenue ads! Also, many networks pay you every time someone views an ad, instead of when they click the ad. The only drawback is you normally also get locked into a contract with them. I recommend going with a popular a big-time partner such as Fullscreen.net & Creator X. Both of these partners are of high quality and are trustworthy. I would never recommend you partner with a company you do not trust. For informational purposes I am currently partnered with Fullscreen.net.

There are requirements that I recommend for joining a partner network in order to make sure you earn the most you can. Apply for a partnership once you get around 1000 video views a day and around 15 subscribers a day. Once you are at this point you can apply and hope for a 70/30 split. I wouldn’t recommend going for anything below that! You need at least 70% to make similar to what you would on AdSense as AdSense takes 32% split leaving you with 68%. Also, most partners offer higher revenue ads to offset your split.

In short, they allow you to put advertisements on the videos on your channel. You take a cut of the money earned from them. Generally around 75 percent of your views will have ads shown, due to mobile devices and such. You will then get between $1-$5 for every thousand views that are monetized (have ads shown). The amount depends on your network and contract. The network will pay you this money, generally at the end of every month. Also, your channel will get some new branding features. This includes but is not limited to channel page banners, watch page icons, custom thumbnails, scheduled uploads, live-streaming, claiming videos instead of just enabling ads (it is faster), and a few more. Also, you will have access to any promotions that your network runs, and access to their support team for help along the way. Hope this explains it all for you. :D
