How exactly does a "30 day trial" work?

I've been getting a few invites to join networks lately, and I've been hesitant on them (Mostly because I hardly know anything about them, and also because I don't want to risk any possible good reputation I got specifically from being a Youtube Partner, as I currently am. Also, if I switch and my income is lower than it was, it'd really hurt.)

I don't really know much about what to ask in regards to what networks are good or not, but I do have an immediate question anyway: One particular invite, from Vaycron, told me I could take a "30 day trial" of their network. Unfortunately, when I tried asking them for -details- about it, I got no answer, so I'm turning to anyone who might know here.

How exactly do "30 day trials" of a partner network work, in comparison to jumping right in? Actually, considering the lack of an answer, I was concerned that it was basically a trick of sorts to get you to sign in thinking you can opt out in a month, when it actuality it'd hurt more if you did than and it'd basically be a one-way ticket into the service.

Does the 30 day trial require me to sign up, remove my Adsense, etc.? If I opt out, would my channel go back to status quo? Tough questions to think about.

Anyone who can help here would be appreciated.

I've never heard of that network.. just be careful.. they may have a 30 day trial... with a 30 day notice needed to be given to be released.. catching you in a catch 22...

and p.s

You make a lot more with a network then you do with adsense...

I know from experience... Adsense is robbing people..

I've heard contradictory reports about Adsense/Youtube Partner vs. other partner networks in terms of revenue. It's so confusing. :/
I've had my account Partner'd for a long while, but I didn't really invest much into it until last April.

And yeah, I was worried about the possible catch-22 as well. I suppose the lack of a response from the network means I probably shouldn't think about it anymore, but I wanted to know if anyone had a related experience.

Heres a sample of a payment i had using adsense... That was for a 1,1161,655 views that month... I only made 1360.45... with a network that would have been 4-8K... I'm so glad i've seen the light and I have some of my channels partnered.. i still have some on adsense.. for now...

Yeah networks will in general make you more money, unless its TGN lol. I have never heard of that network either. I would avoid it if they don't respond within 72 business hours of sending them the message.

I don't want to go into too much detail about my earnings (because I've heard Adsense can ban you for talking about it) but I will say that my CTR and page RPM are a -lot- higher than your's even though my channel does not appear to get nearly as many views in a month. I wonder exactly what's going on there? o.o

Ah, Edit: That was in reply to SaKenMadRaj. Sorry.

the problem i had was that it went up and down way too much.. Adsense is very inconsistent.....off 50K views.. one day its 50 bucks the next day 5 bucks..

And here's yet another example of contradictory anecdotes. I hope there's some degree of consensus somewhere around the forum. o.o;

Anyhow, I've tried looking back at my history, and as far as I can tell my earnings have been steady and consistently, though slowly, growing. But I suppose I'll need to look into it more when my revenue gets higher.

another positive with networks.. its not based on clicks.. adsense is strictly clicks..

do what ever you feel comfortable with...
