Probably a noob question but im not a 100% sure. Would you email them asking for a partnership or what?

you need like 2500 views a month
depending on network and you need to be 18+ or have parents premisson

So if you do gaming Videos you need to have COmmentary on them otherwise you won,t get accepted and no CopyRIght Strikes and that stuff

and to get partnership just find the one you want to join and apply for them

no there is an apply form after you applyed the will respond either the accept or denied you then they want you to sign an contracte where you write your age name and all that stuff

I think now you can get Custom thumbnails and Banners without a Partnership. There is still partnership thou

Depends on the network you are going for, but you pretty much just apply to them and see if you get in.
