I understand you get partnered, the company takes a certain amount of your earnings, but what do they give back? I've seen some giving royalty free music and such, but do they help with your marketing at all? What draws people to being partnered rather than not being partnered and having the money direct from Youtube? I've also seen some networks which only allow you to upload your video onto your channel for a few days then it goes onto their channel, is this common at all? I know there's alot of questions here, but I'd really appreciate the answers if possible! :)

partnered channels are usually growing, have promise, or are big. That is what i think is a perk of being partnered. They give you music and sounds to use for free. And some even promote your channel and or videos

I use to have a adsense account and was a regular youtube partner but youtube doesn't offer more partner features than a network and i feel like joining a reliable network is the best option for anyone. I believe once you get partnered you will have more transparency in the search results along with good titles, descriptions, and even tags that are relevant to your videos. A network gives better features and in some cases higher earnings being though they serve premium ad's from there sales team and with googles ad's sales team. Hope i helped you:)

i am not fussed about money to me that id just a bonus o joined to get promotion and to beba part of s kind community to make new friends and be a part of something. Like i said before i too joined for the promotion side of things so i can grow my channel to a larger audience and then earn some extra income to help me financially for when i am older.

Ah thankyou, you all helped there, it was mainly the help with growth I was curious about, as Lydian said above, I'd be interested in the growth of a channel the most, thankyou all! :)

In a lot of cases going with a network will actually increase your revenue due to higher paying ad's being served onto your videos, many will also give you good features that may help to improve your videos and build a strong audience. On top of this they offer much quicker support than Adsense alone (in most cases).

If you do try to get partnered though make sure you do your research and find a good network that will suit your channel, many people dive in head first without checking up on who they are partnering with and what that particular network will offer them.
