How does revenue share work with networks.

Hi i am a little unclear on revenue. So with channels without a partnership and just the option to monetize videos, adsense keeps like 30% and the person gets 70%?
Now if that person were to join a network such as fullscreen, maker, RPM etc., adsense would keep 30% and pay the network 70%. Then the network would pay the person 60% of that whole pie of only 70% and keep 40%?

Wouldn't this mean that with a network, revenue is split twice and the person would make less?
Or is there something else behind it?
Thanks

For websites, adsense keeps 32% and you get 68%. Youtube is different. I believe it's 45% to adsense and 55% to you.

When you sign with a network, the network's adsense account will be placing ads your channel. Because they get millions and possibly billions of views per month, they get a better ad rate. While they still have to pay the split to adsense, the idea is that the extra money they get from the ads offsets whatever percentage you have to pay them, but it doesn't always work out that way. Whether you make more or less depends on how much you're making and your deal with the network.

When you join a network, chances are they are getting higher paying/higher quality ads than YouTube itself. So, you aren't losing any money. Most of the time, you earn a lot more. The split may look smaller, but the ads are more pricier.

I remembered I monetized via adsense 3.59$ on 1 day so I wonder how much I will make on a network XD
